ahhh so its been so long since i've posted on here. lol... as everyone says this is the site that gets them through their "waiting" time for the next trip and i've finally given in again. i just cant wait...
so here is what happened -- christmas disney trip in 2007 -- BUMPED because the exbf (of 3 1/2years) broke up with me three weeks before departure. told me "find someone else" -- okay staying through christmas eve -- wasn't going to work for someone else...not even my mom because she isnt allowed to take vacation during the month of december. soooo my first time in disney for christmas is ruined because of the stupid boy... my mom and i wound up taking the trip in mid january 2008 and i was super depressed that the trip was supposed to be with him and not anyone else. it was supposed to be anniversary/christmas/birthday trip that we decided to take instead of presents and he ruined all of that for me.
so my mom and i had a good time but she wasn't feeling well the whole trip and wound up having a heart attack when we got back. i felt so bad.
sooo now!!! may of 2009 is a girls trip and i cannot wait!!
who: me (of course), my best friend, my mom and another one of my best friend's and her mom are meeting us there a few days later.
when: may 14th-22nd (leaving the day after finals for this nasty semester)
where: POP CENTURY (has to be our favorite hotel of all time, my 5th time staying here in the past 5 years)
package: buy4get3 base tickets plus disney dining
what are we doing?? LOTS... we have a jam packed trip for me to tell you about.
may 14th -- arrival day -- depart philadelphia at 7:05am and arrive in sunny orlando by 9:30am
--check in
--head to the MK
--Tony's Town Square (ADR) for dinner
--spectromagic/wishes (my favorite way to kick off the vacation)
may 15 -- day 2 --
--DHS all day (promise i wont put my mother on the rock n' rollercoaster again)
--Hoop Dee Do Revue 9:30PM show with category 2 seating (love this show...)
May 16th -- day 3 --
--Epcot in the early am
--Seas Aqua Tour at 12:30PM -- not so thrilled about wearing a wetsuit
--Walk the countries, drinking and eating junk all day!!
--finish the day in Epcot for illuminations
May 17th -- day 4 --
--AK all day long
cant miss the lion king or nemo
--planet hollywood ADR 7:30PM
--shopping/hanging DT with my momma
--me and the bestest staying in PI for a few drinks (maybe i can convince my mom to stay for a couple...)
May 18th -- day 5 --
--the 2nd best friend and her mom arrive and are also staying at PC!!!
--back to Epcot
--1:35 lunch at Le Cellier (our first time here)
--pool day then go back to Epcot for illuminations again with the other bestest and her momma.
May 19th -- day 6 --
--9:30AM dolphins in depth tour at Epcot
--then headed to DHS for the evening
--dinner as a group of 5 at prime time cafe
--staying for fantasmic! (mom's favorite)
May 20th -- day 7 --
--early early breakfast at 1900PF in the GF
--pool/MK for the rest of the day...spectromagic and wishes again? probably since i cant get enough of ittttttt
May 21st -- day 8 -- super sad
--pool/shopping day
--hang downtown
--depart orlando 7:35PM
all in all there is a lot on this trip i havent done before. the two tours should be great -- let me know if anyone has done them because we have no idea what to expect!! and there are a few new places we are trying with our ADRs which really excites me.
gahhh -- just 56 more days and the suspense is killing meeeeee
