I don't know if people do at my school because I have seen people peck other people like before class or something but no teachers were around to see it. And my friend hugged her boyfriend right outside the classroom and didn't get in trouble but then again no teachers were watching.

I see peck kissing all the time at my school between class and i am one that engages in that, also hugs are all over the place. I think if someone was making out in the halls between classes and a teacher saw it they would be sent to the office for sure.
