Girl's Rule, Boy's.....Stay Home!!

Just planned a little road trip for myself, DD and my sister!!

We're going to see Bon Jovi in Madison WI, about a 3 hour drive from us, and staying overnight. We're going next month!! Four weeks and 5 days to be exact!!

I am a long time, die hard Bon Jovi fan since the mid 80's. And I saw them once in concert back in '89. And have always wanted to see them again!!
Now my love for them has passed over to my 5 yr old DD! She knows the words to so many of thier songs. And of course my sister is a fan as well.

Got good seats but could have had better if I was able to have gotten ahold of my sister on her cell phone to make sure she could go!! Oh well!!
I'm going and I'm HAPPY!!!

And this will be my first trip without the whole family. I've never had a 'mom only' vacation/trip before. And even though I'm bringing my DD it still is a break from the norm.

And it will be DH's first time alone for a long period of time with DS, the baby, while we're gone. I'm sure he'll do fine.
(I'm hoping it will give him an even greater appreciation for what I do all day long, every day!!)

I'm sooooooo happy!!!!!
