Trudy, your wreath is gorgeous! I've been thinking of making one, just with evergreen and no ornaments on it, but after seeing yours I may change my mind!

Next!

If you do, all the balls are from WalMart and the wreath is a 24" size. can't remember the small wreath size.

Aw..you guys are so sweet. I understand how that would be a fear.

Biggest of hugs to you both, and some of the other ladies here who are dealing with the same emotions.:hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug::hug:

Awwwww, thanks babe! You're so sweet!

And I'm so relieved to hear that your boys are safe after that crazy crash! Oh my gosh, how scary did that sound?!!!

Yes, I know. Our youngest was a "surprise" and I truly believe God sent him our way because somewhere down the road he is going to be instrumental in Jack's care. Not that the oldest two won't, but I just have this "feeling" that our little guy is here for a special reason. I know, kinda weird.:confused3

It's so weird that you mentioned this. We've always felt the same about Luke.....our surprise baby! I mean, we couldn't have babies without fertility drugs, and we NEVER used birth control (TMI, sorry). Then, all of a sudden, three years after Ryan was born......SURPRISE, we're expecting. We've always been convinced that he was a gift from God, given to us for a special reason. He's already fulfilled many special reasons in our book. He's so funny and has such a big, bright spirit, that no matter how dim things may seem, he always makes us laugh......ALWAYS.

Merry early Christmas Beth!

That has got to be one of the funniest things I've seen in years. Oh my gosh, to flippin' funny! :rotfl2::lmao::rotfl2:

Capri~ I am good with either place. So just let me know which one you would like to dine at.

Okay, how does Red Robin at 11:30 sound? :thumbsup2

Trudi, your package also came. It's a Tinkerbell ornament, right?:cloud9

I think I have the reputation of being the oldest Diva. 53 years young. :

Yes to the question and no to you being the oldest. I've got one year on you.

I've got to learn how to multi quote !

Trudy about your balls, where did you get them at Wal Mart? Crafts? Christmas?

Capri~ That sounds good.

Mel~ I am glad you sons are fine. That is scary. What a jerk of a driver to run off. :sad2:

Good Morning Babes! :cool1:

YAY, it's paper writing day!!!

Boy, that dancing banana is as annoying as the paper I have to write today. :upsidedow

Anyway, I got my mom and dad all settled yesterday. They're home safe and sound and thrilled about it. Their house is on a small lake at Wandermere golf course in Spokane, and so the view off their deck is really nice. My mom and dad call it their own "On Golden Pond". The lake was filled with geese last night, and the geese were talking and squawking back and forth a little while a light snow was falling. :cloud9:

Poor dad, he really can't stand up without help unless the chair he's getting in and out of sits high.....like a bar stool. There's no way he could be left alone at this point in time, unless it was for a short trip to the grocery store. I mean, what if he had to get up to go to the bathroom or something and no one was there to help him stand up? :sad2:

Hey, BTW, I finally found the Christmas cards I wanna send everyone, so keep an eye out for them in the next week or two. Sorry it took me so long.....crazy times lately, as you all know. :goodvibes

Debra: YAY, see you at Red Robin next Thursday! :woohoo:

Kelly: Justin got your Christmas card (wink, wink).....heeheehee! :thumbsup2 :rotfl2:

And Sarah's (my roomy) and Laurie's cards came yesterday too! They were wonderful and totally made my day! I loved them!  :santa: :santa:

Good morning ladies!

Big Saturday for us today. We're cleaning up the house and working on putting up some Christmas decorations and the house lights. Tomorrow we are going to the mountains to cut down our tree.

I hope you all have a great day!

OMG! We just had the coolest experience. Samiclaus and his three Schmutzli helpers came to our apartment to visit my DS Nico. I got a notice by mail and signed up for it, but it was in Swiss German, so I wasn't sure I did it right. Anyway, I was as shocked as Nico that it worked out and that Samiclaus (or Swiss Santa) was in our home!!

He brought Nico a broom to help the house and some tangerines and nuts. And he talked with him in English for like 15 minutes. It was MAGICAL. I guess I was supposed to get a present for Nico for Samiclaus to pass on and I tried to pass off the gingerbread house as the present, but Nico saw me get it. Anyway, Nico is tickled pink about the tangerines and broom. You'd a thought it was a Wii Console or something. It was SO special. I really can't believe it. Fun to be taken off guard and to experience something myself for the first time. Brings back the Christmas magic.

Got my cards from Sarah and Angie. Thanks!

Also put my cards in the mail a couple days ago. Let's see how long they take to reach you all in America.

Merry Christmas!

That's really neat, Jen! You guys are really living an adventure!!!

Anything that happens in Vegas I would blame on Marice she is a bad influence...it must be that Louisianna/Texan thing she has going on!!!
Oooooooh, good idea. :thumbsup2

Hey, Kelly, still getting those emails since Beth put on the hat? Coincidence, I think not.
:rolleyes1

As I was reading FB a bit ago, I pulled out a slim fast to drink for dinner....just as I got to the end of my can....they announced on the news that there is a huge recall of all slim fast ready to drink shakes........oh, how stinkin' lovely is that? What now? go throw up? LOL So I called and they are doing complete refunds of any you have left and they tell you to throw them out ASAP.
 Seems like Costco and Sam's are always doing recalls like that. They let you know like 2 months after you've bought the product, as if anyone would still have it in their home. What's the point? Well, other than to cover their behind.

I want to come to your neighborhood!!! Sounds like something out of the book "Skipping Christmas" where everyone goes all out. :goodvibes

Wow, sounds post card perfect. :goodvibes
Sorry things are so hard for your dad. It's never easy to watch our parents age.

I've got to learn how to multi quote !
Okay, let's see if I can confuse you thoroughly. ;)

In the bottom right of each person's post there are three "buttons" to click on. The first one says Quote, the middle one has quotation marks " and a plus sign +.

In each post that you want to quote, click on the middle button with the " and +. It should light up a red color and that means you've selected that post.

Once you have selected all those you want to quote scroll down to the bottom left of the page where it says Post Reply. Click on that.

There before you will be all the posts you quoted. All you have to do is reply to each one and hit Submit Reply as usual.

Hmmm, I hope that helps. :rotfl: Good luck.

Morning ladies!! Or almost afternoon by now. Hope you are all having a good day today.

Not sure what's on the schedule for us here. Probably just enjoying a lazy day for a change.

TTYL! :)

Good afternoon!
I got up at 7:30 to let Jingles go potty and she was WIDE awake so I went downstairs with her to watch tv.

Around 8:30am I went back to bed, leaving Jingles with Anais watching some cartoons.

I just got up about 30 minutes ago! I have to get ready in a hurry because my grandma is picking me up at 2pm to take me to Daniela's (my future cousin-in-law) bridal shower.

I hope everyone has a nice Saturday!

:yay: I'm excited & had to share........I may get to go on the trip!!!! :cool1:

2 BIG concerns for me going...... 1. Who would watch the kids & 2. money
Well I got #1 figured out....my 22 yr old says he'll just take that week off from work so I can go.
Now as long as I can take advantage of the Alaska Airlines $100 round trip before it ends (any one have any idea how long this deal will be available??) I may be able to financially figure out how to pay for this.

I still have the obstacle of my hubby pouting & saying "you can't go to Disneyland with out me".....blah blah blah....... but this is easiest of the dilemmas.

Hooray :woohoo:

How exciting!! Wow...that is one heck of a 22 year old...to offer that! Kudo's to his thoughfulness! (even if it means alot of bribery along the way!)

What a day.....garage sale was good......not as great as we've had in the past. We have $300+ cash in our pockets and ALOT of stuff gone. I did give a few things away too, that we could have potentially made money on, but I wanted to help them out. Also gave some stuff to my SIL and nephew. Whats awesome is we took 2 carloads from our storage and NONE of it is going back. DH has it packed and on its way to Salvation Army.
That makes me happy :)

Also got our house lights up, but none of our blowups or other decor. We're expecting rain.....yes RAIN...tomorrow and on and off all week. To most of you..this is no big deal! To Southern California, its HUGE! We're on storm watch already, waiting for that first drop to hit. I can't wait, I LOVE rain! We'll probably do our other outdoor decor once storm watch is over!

Hope you all had a super saturday!!
Jill
