Ok girls--I need help. Some of the tech queens on the Creative Dis-signs board have made some special things for me--now I need to get them printed out and put on t-shirts, BUT I need a color printer.

do I want a laser or an inkjet?

anyone have any recommendations? because of space limits I would like a multifunction printer (fax, scan, copy).

any ideas?

I wish I could be some help. My brother got me a new printer for Christmas. I couldn't get it to work and I couldn't figure out why. Then it hit me, I needed a cord to the printer from my computer. So I went out today to get it. Yeah, 9 months after I got the printer I hooked it up. And you know what?.....I still can't make it work. UGH!

Hopefully someone out there can be more help.

Sorry I can't offer up any advice on the printer. I am so clueless about that kind of stuff. And the color printer we have doesn't even work. LOL

My DH is an IT director (for a software company that started doing software that allowed little PC's to talk to major printers) so I figured he might have a clue. He knows little about the function you want, but did know that most transfer paper is for inkjet printers, though you can get laser transfer paper. You just need tomake sure you have the right kind of paper before you start.

He has found that HP printers are, for the most part, the most reliable for the price. SIngle function/multifunction. He said, "You won't get fired for buying a HP".

We have a HP "all in one" printer. It works great, and haven't had any problems with it since we got it. It's a 2610xi, which I know must be way out of date.

Quick question.....is anyone who is going to the mini meet in October considering wearing their brown and pink diva shirt from the last meet? Just wondering.

I'll wear mine if it still fits me . It may be a bit snug though .

Just checking in with everyone since I have a free minute. I haven't had a chance to do my stripper name yet, but maybe by the end of the day.

Beth~ I'm glad you were able to make the ressie at Cafe Orleans for our big group . More than likely my kids will be with me that day but I'll probably let them wonder off by themselves while I eat.

I was thinking about getting a room for the weekend but now that my son is in football he has practice at 8am on Saturdays and games on Sundays so that won't really work.

Still busy as always, but I'm happy for it right now since it keeps my mind off all the personal problems in my life .
