So I'm gonna jump into this thread and say that I want to come, am going to secretly in my mind plan on coming,and after our trip in October, going to broach the subject with DH about coming. I'd probably bring DD5, and have seen already that it's not my weekend off, so I'd need a Friday and my 1/2 day off for Saturday. We wouldn't have my DSS (stepson) that weekend, so I could theoretically lobby that hubby could take a trip to Graceland that weekend w/his bestie OR even fly down to Las Vegas with him & his bestie and leave him there for a couple days to meet up with us for the last two days, and fly back.

Gee... I'm maybe more than thinking about this a little, huh? I got some major wheels turning here....

Hi there Julia! We'd love to have you join us if possible.

The only thing is it's a ladies only trip (no men, no kids under age 18) so if you'd be bringing your DD5, you can certainly meet up with us to say hi, maybe watch a show or something, but not for all the activities or meals.

Unless of course, if you have someone coming with you (friend or relative) that you could leave your DD with for a little bit at a time so you could sneak away, that would work too.

Basically on the last trip if we had some one there with their kids, they either made arrangements for someone else to watch them for awhile and had a meal (or whatever) with us. Or we had one lady who watched Fantasmic with us with her two DDs, but wasn't with us other then that.

So I hope something can be worked out and if you have any other questions just let us know.

Hi ladies! I just spent the entire evening playing with our new Wii Fit! This thing is FUN! And tiring! Good gracious I can see how I could get fit playing this thing. My ds(8) had sweat dripping off of him during a running race with his sister.

Anyway, just wanted to check in and say Hi! I'm gonna go watch Men in Trees with dh and hit the hay. Hope y'all have nice evenings!

See Beth? She's not afraid to ride it... It's so much fun!!! And on the Girls' trip, Callie got us (Ellen and I) to ride in the front row, which I had never done. I always ride in the back row, which is GREAT! But now I think the front row is even GREATER!!! I wouldn't recommend it to someone who has never ridden before, or someone who might be a ... CHICKEN!!!

I've been on it before. Twice actually. I've done those horrifying moving gondolas on the Wheel of Death twice, I've done the Maliboomer 3 or 4 times, and while I haven't done the ToT there, I've done the one in WDW a few times.

So now that I can say I've done everything at least twice, I have no desire to do any of it again. I'll stick to Soarin and the Aladdin show. Oh, and watching your videos of course!

Just to let you all know, I'm waiting to hear from Lorealle sometime today. She's going to give me the green light for us to start calling and making reservations!!

I'll update the info in the title and the front page, once I hear from her. Also I won't be putting the rates, phone number, etc on the front page this time. Anyone who wants to book a room there will have to PM me for the info. We only have a certain amount of rooms and this will insure no one but those attending the trip are able to call and reserve using our rate. Also she asked we keep the details sort of hush-hush since it is a special group rate just for this trip.

I'll give more details later on.
