Joanna (everydaymathchick) the one who designed the Tink shirt, posted a pic of a tee she made using the Tink design. She said it turned out really nice on a white tee.

She added little crystals to her name as an extra special touch. I think it looks great! She didn't use it with the blue border though. Not sure if I like it with the border or without. I like it both ways, I guess.

Just wanted to show you how it looked.

Love it! We could put our DIS names on it instead of our real names, or not. It's really easy to do. Don't worry Beth, we can walk you through it!

I'm beyond excited for our GOT (Girls' Only Trip) and as sad as I am that it is not until March, I'm glad because that gives me time to save up the money! I'm still trying to decided if I will renew tonight (that way it will expire on my birthday next year) and if I do, should I upgrade to Deluxe or Premium. I know I have to upgrade before the trip because I want to have the ability to be in the parks the whole time we're there even if we don't. I'd rather not go into the parks one day because I don't want to rather than not being allowed.

Any thoughts or ideas?

He did baked ham, roasted sweet potatoes, that he mixed with roasted bananas, butter and cream, which was a little too banana-y for me, and brussel sprouts. And I didn't know that I actually like brussel sprouts before I tasted his. I'm not sure if it was the honey and bacon that did it for me, or if I was just blinded by love
It was a much better experience than any of the other demos I've been to, even Guy Fieri at the Food and Wine Fest in DCA. It was super-interactive, and he actually created an entire meal. He answered a ton of questions, and talked about how it is to work on the Food Network, etc. It was really interesting to me!

Thanks everyone for the siggy ideas and thanks to Beth I got it fixed and now you can see my kidlets too! The turkey is cutoff a bit but hey you can't have everything and I will probably be changing the pic once I get back from Florida anyway.

Happy belated birthday Cristabel. I know I haven't met you yet but I didn't want to be rude and not get in my wishes! Hope it was a good one!

Well my wole crew is back to school today! WHEW! They are off the drops finally!! But Katy is still on the antibiotic pills for today at least. They have re-check appointments at the docs this afternoon so we shall see what he says. I hope he says she is done cuz I have to "sneak" them to her in her lunch so I don't have to physically go over there and give them to her. Stupid rules. Anyway I have SO much to do and I can't believe I am leaving 2 weeks from Thursday. I STILL don't even know what to pack because the weather is SO unpredictable there. It could literally be 50 degrees or 85. Lately they said it has been on the cool side but I would hate to pack long pants and long sleeve shirts and then have it be hot. UGH. So I literally have to wait until I can get a 10 day forecast and hope for the best.

This is SO not for me either because I am SO OCD about packing. IF this were Disneyland I would have been packed already LOL.

Oh well. Plus with such a HUGE trip like this I feel like I am going to forget something major. We still have 2 more soccer games left as well as the end of the year party and Girl scout meetings this Friday and next plus Awana meetings for the girls. So busy busy busy. I guess it is good cuz it will keep me busy and I won't be pinning away thinking the trip will never get here!

Hope Cheryl and her mom are having a good time! Anyone know when they get back? Can't wait to hear how it was.

The deluxe has blackout dates during the summer peak months and during most major holidays. The premium has no blackout dates. Premium also includes parking.

Yeah, that's what I am hoping. I mean it makes sense. But I guess time will tell. I'm not worried. We have the Tink shirt and there are others on that same website (Etsy) that make tie dye tees. We'll figure it out.

Nope, no poll. Just seeing what ya'll think. I think it will be easier without the border. Joanna the designer said it is more obvious with a border when it's crooked. So that's something to consider for those attempting this for the first time! Like me!
