Ha, I like to live large . I just got an annual pass and though hey, why not sounds like fun. I am battling/beating cancer so I figure why not do things out there and venture.

I just thought I'd share. Maybe my story will make somebody laugh or smile

At my house I would have made my DD look them up herself. I never heard of them either.

And Bridgette, I loved your lawn story. It totally sounds like something my DD would do. Try to surprise her parents with an unusual and sweet gesture and end up looking like a putz because she really has no clue about lawnmowers. It's the thought that counts.

Well Hannah is only 8 and I'm always nervous to let the kids use Google. You never know what's gonna pop up, especially when your talking about measurements.

I agree with you Bridget, I have been known as a nerd of sorts. More of an intellectual but some times a nerd.

Ha, there is nothing wrong with it. I take it as a compliment and am proud of it . Although you are probably not a nerd just smart. Which is an extremely great and attractive quality to have. I used to hide the fact that I was smart and now I embrace it.
