For those thinking about the WIWF Tour, the "lunch" is after the tour so if we do the later tour, which actually starts at 2:30, we would be eating close to 6:00 which would interfere with Carnation Cafe, but I guess we could take one of the later seating times and just have dessert.
Ugh, silly CM told me 2:00 when I called the other day. Maybe she meant check in at 2. Anyway, that's a good idea. Take one of the later seatings and just do dessert. Or just get a cup of that super yummy soup!

For now, I went ahead and moved Cove Bar to Friday after dinner. We can play around with that later if we need to.

Hey, I'm bummed.

I saw the schedule and the Cove Bar meeting is on Monday. I have to leave Monday morning. Boo hoo!

That was one of my favorite times last year, meeting up with you guys there.

Anyone have time on Sunday afternoon?

Oh, this will be good! My mom and I also really enjoyed hanging out with everyone at the Cove Bar last year and were looking forward to it again! We will be there Friday evening - Sunday evening.

I don't believe that means the show will be ready to start then. They will just have the viewing area ready and out from behind the construction walls. The show isn't slated to start until a couple months later.

I know that's why I said "viewing area" :lmao:

For those of you not doing either of the two meals on Sunday, (or even if you are) does anyone want to meet up for breakfast or lunch somewhere? Sit down or counter service?

Me, me, pick me!! :yay:

I'm not doing the HOB gospel brunch only because Theresa, Marcie and I just did it in September at the HOB here. I will say it was GOOD!! The food was fabulous, especially the cheese grits, and the music was inspiring. But I don't need to do it again so soon.
And I'm not doing Napa Rose because I'm po folk! lol Too rich for my blood.

What were you thinking? I've never done breakfast at Riverbelle Terrace. That might be fun. :confused3 But I'm open to anything. :)

So I just found out I didn't get the job I applied for (within my company). I am not surprised at all but the guy who did get it will be leaving a position that I would like so I am trying to get a lateral transfer! Fingers crossed please!

Sarah

Beth and Sarah - You MUST eat breakfast at Riverbelle. I love the Steamboat plate. Eggs, bacon or sausage and pancakes. Mmmmmm!

Sarah, good luck with that lateral move!

HI LADIES! My sister sent me some Flexeril in the mail (sshhhh!), and I've got a nice, mellow, muscle-relaxed buzz :upsidedow. . . which would be great except I'm at HomeConnections and have to drive my kids home in a couple hours!!! :drive: :scared1:

Yeah I'll join too. I just can't justify $40 for one meal.

I've never had breakfast there either...would like to though!

Sarah

:faint: Y'all need to stop! You and Beth have a breakfast date, write it down. :thumbsup2

I'm a big fan of the Mark Twain myself, I love the country style potatoes. *drool*

:scared1: I think I just had a heart attack. Beth, promise me you'll eat breakfast there on this trip.
:rotfl2: How funny. I totally thought of you when I was typing that. I remember in your TR your pic of their food and how it's tradition for you to eat there. :thumbsup2

Sorry about the one job you applied for, but here's hoping you get the transfer you want. :wizard:

Cool! So you wanna eat there for breakfast on Sunday? Or are you signed up for HOB? I don't have my list handy...... lol

Nice. :hippie:

Someday you should do the Gospel Brunch when you can swing it. The food is awesome. I'm so glad I got to experience it. You'd love it. But I can understand needing to cut costs for now. ::yes::

So shall I put Riverbelle on the schedule for breakfast Sunday for those who are interested? It's a counter service so no need for sign-ups, just show up. :)

I just wanted to say thank you to all of who filled out my survey! I got 99 people to reply! So far, the majority of voters say they like Cold Stone the best! :yay:

Hope you all are having a fantastic week! It's half way over! :thumbsup2

I didn't see your survey but I like Cold Stone. what was the other choice?

Yes, those of us that want to eat there can all walk together after the Pixie Hollow photo.

I'd love to go to brekkie at the Riverbelle Terrace as well :woohoo: Shhh, I've never been either :scared1:
