Dawn, thanks for explaining this, because it is all new to me. I have never played Mouse Adventures, so that doesn't apply in my case, but I can totally understand why you wouldn't want a team of MA people.

I'm sure Melody has worked very hard planning all this (as have the rest of you), and it is much appeciated.

Gosh - I haven't been on for a day and a half and the Divas have gone wild with planning and posting!

I am all for changing NR to Sunday. Seems like the group is leaning that way.

Mel - you can sign me up with whomever you wish for the SH. But I agree that the teams should be mixed up and changed from last year. Just because some are better players than others (not me) and like Callie and a few others have said, it gives us a chance to become friends with others we don't know so well.

Let me look at the schedule again and I will post the sign up sheet for Bree & I.

Awwwwww geeeze Cheryl, that's horrible. I'm so sorry you're sick while on vacation at WDW. I really hope with your temperature back to normal that you're able to have maybe just a little fun today (although I know you're probably still feeling a little yucky). Take care babe!


I'm still crossing my fingers that I get to come on the ladies trip. Remaining hopeful.

I can't believe how bad the job market has tanked. All these poor people who can't get jobs.....even people with college degrees and tons of experience can't even get minimum wage jobs nowadays.....it's just so sad.

Actually, what do you think about having the NR dinner on Monday? I think the parks will close early that night and there will be no F! or fireworks. Dawn, Theresa, Cheryl, Kelly, Courtney - are you going to be there on Monday night? I think that is better than Sunday. I don't think the Cove Bar will be open on Monday night so we could keep it on Sunday. What do you think?

And I agree with you about Heather's design for the pirate princess t. I'll bet we can blow it up.

Okay, everyone loves Heather's pirate princess design. As do I.

However, we are about 3 and a half months out from this trip and as of yet no one has been able to figure out how to take that design and make it work on a t-shirt. I tried doing it on Zazzle and failed miserably. It was laughable actually.

When I tried to stretch it and blow it up, it looked lousy.
SO here's the deal, IF we want that design to be our group tee, someone needs to step up and find a way to make it work. I freely admit I am clueless on how to do that.

If no one is able to do that, then we need to either:

1. Let the idea of a pirate princess tee die away and go with one of the shirts Melody's son so nicely worked on for us.

OR

2. Find another pirate princess type image to use instead (maybe from the DISign board or Zazzle). Both myself, Theresa and one other lady......can't recall who it was...... posted other pirate princess type of images and no one seemed interested. Which is fine. But we can't keep going back and forth on this, kwim?




IF Heather's image can't be worked into a tee, what about having that image in our lanyards?? Was that discussed at some point?

I'm not sure how it would work exactly with it being on black paper, but that would be cute to have it just as she does, with our names in PINK. Then we could go with one of Melody's tees and we'd be able to incorporate both images into the trip.

What say you all???

Linda, I know that Theresa will not be there but she's not sure she'll be there for it on Sunday either, so don't let that stop you if it works for everyone else.

I think that's a good idea, then we can have a group meal at Jazz Kitchen on Saturday night and keep Cove bar on Sunday.

Would you ladies mind (or Heather specifically mind) if I had my dh look at Heather's design and see if he could make it work for a t-shirt?

I'm sure he would be happy to spend a little time on it.
