Good morning ladies and Happy Hump Day!!!! I feel much better after a night of sleep although my dream didn't work. lol

Anyway, I hope you all have a lovely day today. I'm in much better spirits now that the weather here is cooler. I get grouchy when it's hot. But it's sunny, blue skies and highs only in the upper 70's. It's great.

I love the tee. It's very cool. Nice colors too. Everyone is going to look awesome in their different tie dye tees. I wonder how many park goers will stop and ask "Where did you buy that??" lol

Afternoon all! I posted this on FB but I am so happy to say that I just had my LAST post op apt with my surgeon! I am SO glad I don't have to go there anymore. First off it was downtown which I HATED having to drive down there (I don't like driving downtown, nor in traffic) and second off I was just tired of going back for those apts. He said it appeared everything was healing well and no need to come back! YAY!!

So now I have my apt with my urologist on the 20th and hopefully he can get my fixed up and maybe I can FINALLY start feeling a little better! I can tell you I AM way better than I was obviously since my surgery but I have had this stupid bladder condition for almost 3 years now. I am actually kind of used to it by now and compared to the other thing it is nothing but it would STILL be nice to get this fixed cuz it IS annoying! And I SEEM to have my migraines somewhat under control so hopefully I might actually be able to feel somewhat human for a change! I can't tell you what a relief that will be.

I went to Walgreens cuz they keep calling me with these automated calls but it wasn't about my refund. Now apparently they are saying the ins company is going to have to mail me a check but whatever. Like I said as long as it is fixed the NEXT time I get meds I will be happy. But then I got our cards in the mail and the messed up AGAIN. They put Lynn's middle initial as R not L. SOOO that will need to be fixed and ALREADY those cards weren't right as it was cuz the first set were the wrong group so she told me just to hold onto these and that they were sending us new ones. It has been nothing but a huge hassle with this company from the get go but hopefully once they get all this stuff fixed it will be better but we shall see.

I still have some outstanding claims with pacificare from my surgery and stuff so I hope that doesn't prove to be a problem down the road but our ins agent says she will handle it so I hope so!

But anyway I am just glad that some stuff is starting to get fixed. One thing at a time I guess.

Wendy I am sorry you are feeling down! I hope things start to look up for you! ((hugs))

Beth I hope you are enjoying all your baking! I couldn't do it cuz I would eat it all!

It's been ages since I posted, but I hope everyone who is sick feels better soon. I've been under the weather & I'm just hoping none of my kids get sick.

Still have lots of drama in my life, but hey what's new . If anyone would like to hear a lot of juicy stories about my cheating BIL feel free to ask. I'll just say that when he came to pick up my nephews the other day, he forgot to long off of his emails . I wasn't being noisy, he just happens to have the same email company as me.

Ok, so today has been crazy stressful day. Earlier this week we got notice that we would be laying off staff. Not happy about that. Especially since I have to decide who I can live without. This morning my director calls me at home (im thinking the worst of couse), but she just wanted to let me know before she told the others that she gave her resignation today. I have worked with her for almost 8 years and at 2 different facilities. That was a shock. Plus, I was keeping it on the down low, but I have been sending out my resume looking for another job. I love my job, but just not the shift anymore. So today I had an interview. This is the first time I ever had to interview for a job. The others I have had were all sorta me being recuited. So it was strange being on that side of the desk today. UGH! Ive also been working with some head hunters. Now that is odd. One found a perfect fit for me..but it would cause me to be on the freeway almost 2 hours one way! So not what I want. But the money is crazy money. We will see.

Hope everyone is having a good one.

I can't wait till Friday.....I'm taking my nephew and Nikki to DLR for the day with my mother. Super fun!

Yep, I'm going now. It's gonna be the last trip I take for awhile, so that means no Vegas next month. It also means that there's a possibility I wont make it to the Diva trip next year.

I'll have an extra bed though...so you know you can always stay with me. Just sayin'.

No worries about not being the only one not going. I am just going for the one night/day. To many other obligations got in the way of the rest of the weekend. You will be there in spirit. Plus, I more than likely will do a trip report, so you can join the fun there. Not the same I know.

Just think......Feb/Mar isn't that far away now.

I used to get them from Crispy Cream every fall season. Oh boy were they good. Too bad we don't have crispy Cream in town any more.
