I realized this afternoon that I should have bought a new tiarra. I don't know if I'll be wearing it all day this time around. I did find the hair band Cheryl ordered last year. I'll probably end up putting it on after our picture at PFF.

D-My picture and music file is 70gb alone, not to mention all the documents and other things backed up. It's actually going to be just under 2 weeks to restore.

Stacie and I just ordered some trading pins! Yay! I'm glad I'll have a few to trade.

I know, it's beautiful! Yes, we know about curling. We watched in 1998 - the first year it was in the Olympics and Canada won gold with the women's curling team. Their captain was Sandra Schmirler - the curler

Cristabel, I want to send you a different picture but won't have time to go through them until tomorrow. Jamie is coming over tomorrow and we are going to work on our shirts and getting ready for the trip so maybe I can get some new pictures then as well so you will have one of her. I had to send my desktop in for warranty repair. The only thing I got backed up before it died was our pictures so I need to find them on the external drive.

It looks like I am not going to have as much time as I had hoped this weekend to get things done so I am thinking about taking Wednesday off work. Don't know about making a door sign, I will probably not have a chance to get to it. I also wasn't sure we would have tiaras but I found a couple the other day. I haven't taken them out of the boxes and they are for kids so I hope they fit.

I have not been sleeping well this whole last week so I think I am going to have to resort to Tylenol PM every night this week to make sure I am rested up for the trip.

Ladies I need help. I just made my Pirate shirt and the photo we transfer over came out faded on my shirt. It lookes like a shirt thats been washed a 100 times. What did i do wrong? How do I fix this?

Marty and I just got home from his brother's house a little bit ago. They just moved last weekend, so we were helping them get organized. We worked in the garage for several hours, and they ended up being able to park a car in there tonight!
I have so much to do to get ready for this trip! I work Mon thru Thurs, and will be leaving for the airport directly from my Thursday catering job. Yikes! I need to stay motivated tomorrow!

My son curled last year and really enjoyed it. My MIL even plays it on the frozen lake just in front of their house. They freeze water in ice cream buckets to use as stones.

Angie~What kind of cool things did you see yesterday at the Olympics?

We saw a ton of people! We saw the Olympic flame, a zipline right over the busiest street in the city, the kids got to hold a 23 lb gold bar and we saw a million dollar coin. We didn't want to wait in the 5 hour line up to touch the real gold/silver and bronze medals.
We also lost our 5yr old son for about 5 minutes which was very scary. We found him with his arms wrapped around a bike rack. He did exactly as we have taught him and stayed right where he was, we felt like awful parents
