Please excuse me while I rant. Thanks.
Really???? Seriously??? Are you kidding me?!?!?!
This was the forecast for next Monday as of last night:
Monday, Mar 1
High: 59 °F RealFeel®: 57 °F
Rain at times
This is the same forecast as of this morning:
Monday, Mar 1
High: 69 °F RealFeel®: 74 °F
Abundant sunshine
Less than 24 hours later and it's a difference of 17 degrees???? (real feel)
Am I happy the rain is gone? Yes.
Am I happy that I have no clue how to pack when the weather fluctuates 17 degrees overnight? NO!
I don't have room to just throw in a bunch of short sleeves and long sleeves, flip flops and rain boots. WTH?? The other days all changed too.
I'm very annoyed.
Okay, rant over. Carry on.Oh, and good morning.
We are having crazy fluctuations right now - 20 degrees just recently. Today it is gloomy and rain is predicted for this weekend. So unless you run really hot (Heather), you can probably ditch the short sleeves (ymmv of course). If you're like Vicki, you always have flip flops and you can wear them around Hojos.
It's true we're not going to the jungle and we can buy things, but aside from the expense, there's the time. Our schedule is so packed, where's the time to go out shopping? Whenever I go to DL, once I park my car in a precious space (it can get hard to find spaces at Hojo's at times), and start hitting the cocktails, it's parked until I leave!

So I don't blame Beth for looking at the weather. It's better than not being prepared. (dh today said we don't need to turn the sprinklers off, it's not going to rain until Monday - uh, no...)
Have a great day, ladies. Try not to set off anymore smoke alarms!
(are you all taping your signs to the door?)
