As for PFF vs. the VIP tour start time, here is my previous experience. The line for PFF starts as soon as the park opens and it moves at a snail's pace. In fact, one day I stood there and watched a snail while I stood in line, and the snail was moving quicker than I was (I swear that is a true story!

Soooo, if we are going to do PFF, at least one person needs to run (or walk very, very swiftly) back to PFF to get a spot in line. Every 1 person ahead of you in line equals somewhere in the neighborhood of 5 minutes that you will wait once the PFF Royal Walk opens for business.
Meanwhile, if there is anyone who is doing VIP that is NOT interested in (or not desperate to) meet the

, it would make sense for them to go directly to the tour garden (by Guest Services on Main Street) a few minutes before 10 to meet up with our plaid. Then, they could walk back towards PFF and meet up with the group that should be either very close to meeting the
