Girls Only Disneyland Trip - Old Thread

okay, things changed.

I'm going March 2 to 6th, not exactly planned to be part of the ladies trip (no weekend) just a solo trip to escape the dreaded MN winter. BLEH!

I may come by to crash at the meet and greet on Thursday, need to look and see when last ART shuttle leaves DL as I am staying at the Ayres Anaheim , near the Honda Center. (It was cheap, coupon queen ruled my brain that day )

Otherwise, I will see you at PFFF and Small World.

I work at the truck crossing! Well, mainly in the Nexus office but at that port! If you come on a weekend let me know and the kids and I will meet up with you and DS! I will pm you my phone number!

Do you think it's doable then with the tour starting at 10? If we're in line early? Where does the tour meet - in the esplanade between the parks? Is everyone bringing a tiara?? Seriously - I do have one (or two - I am a after all).

BTW - I'm all for having Thin Mints at the candy buffet!! The more, the merrier!

OKay here are some add ons I made to the schedule. I hope it makes it easier on everyone. There are a few things I need info on, such as the VIP tour meeting place, the DVC tour meeting place, Scavenger Hunt meeting place, etc. And if anyone wants anything changed, please just let me know.

Girls Only Trip II official start date!!
Lunch: Ariel's Grotto Princess @ 2:00 (meet by restaurant entrance/check-in)
Dinner: Meet and Greet/Kick off pizza party at HoJo's! (remember to bring your bag(s) of candy! Time TBD, meet in conference room)


Friday, March 6
Princess Fantasy Faire group photos (at opening, meet in front of PFF)
VIP Tour from 10-4 (meet ???)
Lunch: Blue Bayou @ 11:50 (meet in front of the Blue Bayou)
Dinner: Carnation Cafe (we have different seating times and will break into groups, meet in front of the check-in podium shortly before your seating time)
DVC Tour (approx. 7:30, meet ????)



Saturday, March 7
Breakfast: Chip-n-Dale character meal @ 8:00 (meet at Storyteller's Cafe)
Scavenger Hunt @ 10:30 (meet ????)
Walk in Walt's Footsteps Tour @ 2:00 ~ Meal included. (meet in front of the tour check-in area on Main Street next to City Hall)

Dinner: French Market at 5:00 (meet at French Market)
OR
Jazz Kitchen @ 5:00 (meet at Jazz Kitchen Express)

Fantasmic "party" after dinner. Anyone who wants to park your booty and people watch while waiting for Fantasmic, meet up around 6:10 in front of the Rivers of America.
For those not wanting to hang out before Fantasmic, there is a group heading to the Cove Bar.
Fantasmic starts @ 9:00 (early show)



Sunday, March 8
Segway Tour at 7:15 a.m. (meet ???)
Join us with a Dole Whip for Bawb! Meet by Tiki Hut @ 10 a.m. for picture
Lunch: Club 33 for the trivia winners at 12:00 (meet at Club 33 entrance, don't be late!)
OR
Wine Country Trattoria lunch at 12:00 (meet at WCT check-in podium)
Cove Bar in the evening around 5-ish for appetizers and drinks (meet at Cove Bar) followed by Fireworks (weather permitting, start time 9:25)

No! I have never heard about it but am interested in any details! That is an awesome deal! Of course, we just got my son an AP on our last visit earlier this month.

Never heard of it, and I would like to know. That is indeed an awesome deal, and quite frankly families with any special needs kiddos incure such an incredible amount of extra costs whether you are talking time off from work or hard costs. They deserve a break.

I've never heard of this either, but it would be soooooo nice if such a thing exists. I would love to learn more about it.

You've never seen Toy Story???? We went through a phase with DS where he was completely obsessed with Buzz and Woody (he had all the toys.....). He still can recite word for word the ENTIRE movie! Then they came out with Jessie the cowgirl and he was put out by that (his name is Jesse )

I HATE HATE HATE the pressure put on us to sell. Each year I consider pulling her out of Brownies just because of making us sell. I do not like pressuring people to buy something they don't want..

We did the taste test yesterday. Don't fall for the Dulce cookies....one bite and into the trash. Seriously inedible!!

Bitter, I'm not Bitter.....maybe it's because I can't eat thin mints without getting a migraine!!!
