My parents moved back to Boise this weekend. Which is nice because Maddie will have no idea I am even gone with her Nana and PopPop here.


I am not sure what to pack. The temps are nice, but I don't want to have to pack for layering. That means I will have to have checked luggage. Not sure what to do. I don't want to freeze, but I don't want to sweat. I am thinking I may have to do a wash or two and wear the same 2-3 bottoms throughout the trip...or is that too nasty?

That is so cool your parents moved back!! Lucky! I miss not having any family close by sometimes.

If it's nasty then I'll be nasty with you. I'm only bringing 3 pairs of pants and that's it for bottoms. If I have to, I can do some washing, but I'm sticking with jeans and tees.

There is a chance I have some free time Thursday after work, so I may hop over to the park and try to say hi to those I met on the first trip, as well as those who are new this year! Maybe I'll catch the Alladin show with those going...I love that show!

Anyway...just wanted to wish you all a magical getaway to the happiest place on earth!

I believe we are meeting at Princess Fantasy Faire--Tracey is going to go meet the guide somewhere and then bring him/her to PFF to meet up with the rest of the group.

Yes, we must get a group pic Sat morning. That is when everyone will be there, right? I still have to pack. But I usually wear the same "outfits" when I do Disney, so it won't be difficult.

I agree that it should be on the schedule just not sure where we can fit it in. Maybe right before the scavenger hunt?

I'm not going to print the itneraries until tomorrow night at the earliest. My computer crashed yesterday, thankfully I have my laptop. The problem is that I can't print until my desktop is fixed. Josh promised me he'd get it back up and running but I'm not sure when? Don't worry though I will get it printed by the trip. I may have to go to a friend's house and use their printer.

Today has been a long day! Is it Thursday yet????

First off, BFF's DD was stable last I talked to her. No word on when the tube will come out, but at least she was stable. Thanks for the good thoughts. Please keep them coming though. She is not out of the woods yet.

I started packing today, and OMG, I have tons of stuff. And I haven't even packed it all yet. I can't get a larger bag because then it will be to heavy for me to pick up. I am trying to get it all in two. I hope it works out.

Im gonna try to catch up now with the rest.

Hi Ladies,
I just found out that my friend who was coming is having a pet tragedy with her 13 year old Bichon, and will not be able to come on the trip. She was my only roomy, so I don't have any one else to help reduce the costs. She is sort of shy, so didn't want to room with anyone she did not know. She has offered to reimburse me for her share of the expense, but I don't want to make her pay for a trip she never got to take.

So, two things...anyone have room for one very low maintenance gal. Will sleep on cot. I take 3 minute showers, and basically towel dry my hair. Makeup is optional, but I always wear deodorant

Secondly, my friend was signed up for the VIP tour, so that means we now have one more opening. Any takers? It is $75 + tip, which we hope will need to be $20 per person because our guide will be so fabulous.

Also, I will be arriving at John Wayne around 3, I think. Anyone else arriving around that time and wanting to share transportation? That is Thursday, by the way.

Well I am really bummed because I do not get to see my friend very often, and I was really looking forward to having some time to spend with her without the kiddos in tow. I also know how much she loves her dog and am very sad to see her so upset and dealing with that. Darn dogs anyhow! Did I mention that our 1 year old puppy got out of my sisters house the first day we went on our 9 day family DLR trip and got hit by a car! Luckily she was just bruised and was mostly recovered before we even knew what happened. Darn Dogs!

Well I printed it correctly and cut it just fine but apparently the sticky side goes ON the shirt, not the printed side. Which would mean that I don't have to print it out reversed.

The last time I used transfer paper was.... heck! I can't even remember but it was definitely different.

Ugh, I'm off to Wal-mart to buy transfer paper.

I have a friend with two Bichons and they are really like kids to her. I'm so sorry for your friend.

Let me look at page 1 for all the details as well as my calender and see if I can pull it off! My dd has Wizard of Oz practice usually on Thursdays, but she doesn't have to be there this Thursday night, so it may work out perfect!!
