Never had crab either. Probably never will either - don't like lobster, shrimp or anything like that.

I like shrimp, but haven't tried the others.

I love shrimp but not the other shell fish but ooh California rolls disappear when I am around. I used to love scallops but lately could not eat them, long story.

I love shrimp cocktails and shrimp scampi.

Morning all. Happy Wednesday. Loved Mary Jo's thread!

So what does everyone have on their plate for today? It's laundry and more house cleaning for me. Yippee! Yesterday I had work and swim team. It was FREEZING up here! We had wind something awful. Work wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and I am glad it is over till Friday! I also picked up my pics from Easter and they turned out cute.

Swim practice was absolutely brutal though. The wind was just cutting!!! I was wearing sweats and a jacket and I had Katy's towel wrapped around me and I was STILL freezing LOL.

Katy's friends showed up yesterday though so I felt better for her. It just broke my heart the day before to see her sad face when she didn't have anyone to talk too. I hate to see her sad! Shelby has NO problems. She just talks to anyone LOL. But anyway Katy still is having a bit of a tough time though with her swimming. She got a bit out of shape over the break so hopefully she will get her stamina back soon.

Also one of her friends from the other team was able to get on this team. So I am glad for her.

Anyway I also e-mailed the church about what to do about them missing because they are at the same time but I haven't heard back yet so we shall see. I hate for them to miss the rest of the year but if I don't hear I will ask on Sunday.

Anywho, hope everyone has a good day. Have to run the girls to school.

No, it's not healthy losing that much weight that fast. I remember reading an article on some of the past people who made it to the finals and the things they did were just not good. The would not even drink WATER in the last couple of days. One guy (I can't remember his name, maybe Eric??) said that he was peeing blood from lack of water I know a lot of people have gained a lot of weight back since the show - it's too hard a program to keep up with.

Wow, that is just nuts.

Unless you want a really long meal, stay away from the TGI Friday's! Right Beth?

No kidding! But if you do go there, it helps to have good company like I did.

BB was a crabber for 4 years. His friend still is, his going away parties are a lot of fun!!

We watched Deadliest Catch too. It was good. What a crazy job though!

So I calculated that I need to answer about 134 questions a day (at $.10 each) to earn $400 a month from Cha Cha.

That seems like a lot of questions. I hope it's busy enough you can meet your goal!

I saw the ground all wet and thought it was raining, but it wasn't drops coming down. They were white and floating down slowly. Of course it was melting instantly, but I could not believe it.
I told the kids, "Grab a jacket, it's snowing." They just looked at me like I was nuts and ran to their window to look.

Anyway, it only lasted about 3 minutes before it stopped, but it was pretty funny. And now we can say we got snow in April. Although most likely no where else in the Vegas valley did, as we are in Summerlin closer to the mountains.

I was bad, I sat in my car for 1/2 of the baseball game last night. But it was way too cold!!

I feel like the Princess and the Pea in that I have to go drag my old stinky mattress in the house so that I can get high enough so as to not have pains. Also this is plastic or rubber lined mattress so it gets very hot.

Last May my friends Chris and Lara cam over to have him fix the computer. I was setting at the head of the bed and he sat in the middle to see the computer monitor. Then his wife comes in and sits on the end of the bed. That night the frame collapsed then the box spring died.

It is getting warmer. I was so upset that I ate a can of tuna with italian dressing, pickle relish, and brown mustard in a sandwich with chips and soda pop. I paid for my sins, boy did I pay. I limit myself to two or three bags of chips a month.

My computer crashed a couple days ago and I just got it semi-working again so I can check in with you all .

I was totally stressed out because I hadn't e-filed my taxes yet and I didn't think I was going to get my computer working in time . Well I got them done this morning & I owe California $2,119 . I also owe federal but not as much since I had more money taken out of my checks. If I wouldn't have had the baby before the end of the year, I would've owed about $9,000 total . Good thing she was born Dec. 29th .

I've been having so much bad luck lately, I'm just trying to stay positive . Hopefully things will turn around soon for me . I know things can get worse, but I sure pray they don't.

Well, I'm going back to catch up on the thread and see what I missed .

It's cold and windy here. 37 when I woke up. This is the High Desert so we're used to the winds. We had snow in April about 12 years ago. On Easter !

Wow Beth that is crazy getting snow! I thought it was cold HERE! WHEW! I can tell you I am not looking forward to tonight again! But it must be done! Although they are saying by this weekend it will be in the 80's! Nuts! I am looking forward to that though I have to say! I am MORE than ready for some warm! I was REALLY hoping for it to be warm when we were in Disney last week after how cold it was when we were there in March but it was fairly chilly. There were a few warm spots but it was mostly cold to me.

I am SO ready for it to be warm I can tell you! NOT hot just nice and warm!

Katy's class is doing a field trip to the plantarium in a few weeks so I hope it is nice for that at least! I am looking forward to that. I get to chaperone!

Well I better get back to my work! I also have to get gas in my car. I am on fumes! Otherwise we won't MAKE it to swim tonight LOL.

Hey everyone. You all talk too much! It takes me forever to catch up, and today is my cleaning day, so I guess I'll get behind again!!

Cristabel, pick some higher paying categories so you don't have to do so many questions each day. I'm averaging 15-16 cents a question because I took out all of the .10 categories and chose most of the higher paying ones. My goal is $200/month, so that's $10/day M-F, which usually takes about 2 hours each day. I usually don't do it on the weekends. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help you get back into it.

C'mon Beth, you can do it!!! It's a little different than before, but not too much. And it's extra money!!! Which we all need, all the time

Hi guys! I have missed so much lately. We started softball (Dh and I both play) DD has soccer, and I am finishing up my 3rd quarter at school...so I am busy.

I appreciate those who leave comments to me on facebook...that I do check frequently since I don't have to read back so much. lol

DH and I are getting help for our problems. We both want to make this work. We have had issues since we got married. But we are working to make things better because we love each other. I appreciate it if you all prayed for us or sent us good vibes if praying isn't your thing.

Anywho...I am working right now, I will try to catch up on all the chatter later tonight after LOST.
