Does that rate include the annual passholder discount?
hhmmm.. i would get a senior discount because of my mom and that reaLLy helps! So perhaps i will just start saving extra to stay onsite.. it would be nice for my mom.

Thank You very much for the calls You made and the information You shared with everyone.

Good Mornin Ladies!:goodvibes

Jen, thanks for looking up the rates. :goodvibes It looks like the AP rates should be better than a group rate.

Capri, I hope your Sassy feels better today. :flower3:

Stacie, sounds like you had a blast, and got alot done!! Congrats on your score. :thumbsup2

I love hummus!!! Now I'm hungry for it!!! :hyper:

30% off should really give you a good rate!!! But beware, cuz as you get closer to the date, the AP price may get way down there too. I paid just $181.00 last year in Febuary through Travelocity, or one of those travel sites. We just need to keep on our toes for the bestest prices on all hotels!!! :goodvibes

Sometimes! I move a lot when I sleep. I just can't have someone near me. Especially someone that wasn't my husband. I'd be worried I'd end up kicking them or throwing my arm over them, so that worry alone would keep me up all night. lol

Seriously, thanks for typing all that out. :flower3: I think for me that just confirms that I'll be booking at HoJo. :rotfl2:
And thanks for offering to call. That would be great. I don't think that one person is responsible for paying for the rooms, just for signing the contract.

When I called Candy Cane Inn for our very first trip, we could get a discounted group rate IF we had at least 14 rooms (I think that's what it was). One person had to make the reservation, give their cc number, and sign the contract.

The problem there was that if we dropped below the required amount of rooms, then they would not give us the group rate, and we'd be stuck paying what ever crazy rack rate they were charging at the time. And with all the changes/cancellations that can happen in a large group of ladies, that wasn't a chance we were willing to take. That's how we ended up at HoJo the first time.

So you're a mover and a shaker? :lmao:

HoJos is looking better and better  I wonder why they are charging Spring Break rates for late February? Hmmm.... :confused3

Okay, got back last night after a whirlwind day at Disneyland for my son's 18th birthday. We left on the first flight out of Phoenix Wednesday morning and came home on the last flight out of OC Wednesday night. What fun! And met up with Cheryl and Mary Jo for dinner - great times!! Unfortunately we missed seeing Michelle, Kelly, and their kids. We were all about the rides and didn't really take too much time to eat until dinner since we were so short on time. I added pictures to the Photopass and am going to edit them today and order it so I should have it next week sometime. Here's a picture I have from Buzz, my alltime highest score!!!

StacieandZachonBuzz.jpg

That's 828,100!!! Here's what we did all day, at least how I remember it, using fastpasses whenever possible, of course (I'm sure I'm forgetting things, who knows??):

Got to DL at 8:45am.
Rode Buzz.
Rode Buzz again (son's favorite ride)
Got fastpasses.

Went to CA at 9:30.
Walked back to TSMM with opening crowd and rode it.
Rode Golden Zephyr.
Rode Maliboomer.
Rode TSMM.
Rode Screamin'.
Rode TOT.
Ate lunch at Taste Pilots.
Got fastpasses.

Went to DL at about 1:45.
Found awesome Photopass photographer, he took tons of pictures of us for the CD.
Rode Indy.
Rode Buzz.
Rode Space.
Rode Buzz.
Rode Buzz.
Rode BTMRR.
Rode Jungle Cruise.
Got silhouette of Zach done.
Rode the monorail out at about 5:15pm, played games then ate at ESPN with the ladies, then Cheryl took us to the airport.

A very full day, and we got to ride all the rides we wanted to except the Matterhorn, only because we forgot.

We rode Buzz 5 times, and DS wanted to have a contest, best 3 out of 5, since his previous high score was 100 points more than my previous high score. Unfortunately for him, I beat him 4 out of the 5 times! His excuse? He had a bad gun! Then when we went to ESPN, there's a shooting game so he took the red gun and I took the blue gun; I have never shot a gun before, other than on Buzz, so I figured he would beat me. Well, I beat him. Same excuse, he had a bad gun. So we traded guns, and guess what? I beat him again! Even though it was his birthday, I couldn't let him win, now could I???:laughing::laughing:

Very fun, but I'm exhausted today. I did catch up on this thread and the Vegas thread, so I do have my priorities in order! Especially since I need to do laundry today. :laundy:

It was fun seeing you and Mary Jo and meeting Zach!

Yay for Mickey Mouse shaped chicken nuggets!

where do you find these again? Costco?

Stacie - Great job on the score. Even more reason for me to never go on that ride with you again.

I find them in my freezer. ;)
If they aren't in my freezer then Costco would be the next place I would look. :thumbsup2

I vote we all go to Wendy's house & have Mickey Nuggets there!!!

Stacie & Cheryl, it was great meeting up with you two last night, and meeting Zach. He's a very good sport. :) (ps, Stacie - tell him to stay away from Forever 21 ;) )

LOL--I think Mom's going to Costco today--I just tried her on the cell to make sure she adds Mickey heads to the shopping list . . . .

Thanks for that info Jen. I appreciate you taking the time to call and research this for the group.

Sadly, those are all too rich for my blood, but I know several were interested in rooming onsite so we'll definitely have to keep an eye on the rates as we get closer.

where do you find these again? Costco?
Yep, they are in a big red bag with Mickey on the front. I didn't see them at first and thought our Costco didn't carry them. You should have seen me when I spotted them! :yay: :woohoo: I'm sure anyone near by thought I was a little "off". :rotfl2:

Me too! Make sure you have some bbq sauce for dipping! :yay:
Oh yeah. BBQ sauce, ranch or ketchup. I'll take any or all three.

Oh yeah. BBQ sauce, ranch or ketchup. I'll take any or all three.

I PREFER HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING MYSELF . . . . WITH A SIDE OF RANCH

Mom was at the doctor--is supposed to call back. I want my chicken nuggets!
