Yay, party at my house!!!

Mark me down as another that thinks the chicken nuggets dipped in dark chocolate doesn't sound half bad. :rotfl:

No, I was all over the place. The one time he beat me, I had the bad gun! I think I was only in the 250K range that time, twice in the 450K range, once in the 500K range, and then the big one.

I was ranked #9 that time, and that was around 4 in the afternoon. Once when we had early entry, my DD19 had the #1 high score for a little while, she was over 500K.

You must always get the bad gun! :rotfl2:

Is that like dipping Wendy's chicken nuggets in the chocolate frosty? Both DD do that, I think it's disgusting! :scared:

Actually, I'm thinking of a bbq sauce/dark chocolate mix--kind of like a mole bbq sauce . . . . . hmmm--definitely going to have to experiment . . . .

I so want to go to DL this weekend. And I just got back from WDW!

:confused3
Same here. I cannot do video games of any sort.

I've pillaged to the point that this bunny might need to make another store run to replace it all!!

We haven't even started! Mr. CA has not been getting home until 9 or 10pm and I don't know what to get the kids for sure so we are hoping to make a bunny run tonight so we'll have something at least for them on Easter morning! My poor DD's care package for Easter will be late too...where does the time go! Maybe I should hire some of you that live in PHX to drop soemthing off! Maybe an Inn N Out GC and money...that's about all she needs!

:rotfl2:
I think mine was tater tot casserole made once when we lived in Michigan. :scared1:

Oh my gosh...I've made that casserole recently...my mom used to make it and so I thought why not??:confused3 Needless to say I threw most of it out yesterday for today's trash day! Was that a hint that they didn't like it?? I could use some suggestions if anyone has a picky 14 yo Vegetarian for meal ideas!!!

Congrats on the DVC!!! :yay:

I second that! Congratulations on the DVC purchase! We had DVC points at OKW when I was married and I got them in the divorce  BUT I sold them two years later for a down payment on a house and I have missed those points!!! Enjoy!!:yay:

Welcome back, we missed you and congrats on the BLT purchase. (but I thought you didn't eat bacon )

Doctors . . . hospitals. . . . blech. Yesterday Mom saw the surgeon that fixed her leg--a screw is loose in her knee and two weeks ago he said let's wait two weeks . . now he's saying, let's wait three more weeks. Why don't they just go in and fix the darn thing? She is "old school" and won't contradict the doctor (unlike her daughter). I should have gone with her. Aarrrgggghhh.

Maybe we can call it sBLT? for soy bacon? Eh, I would have bought anywhere...just didn't need Grand Cal (as our guide likes to call it) enough to "take" those points from others who really really really wanted the 11 month window there. Hubby actually kinda wanted AKV but ultimately it didn't really matter. Why didn't we buy resale? Emotional reasons, mainly, that I could never talk hubby out of. And thinking optimistically about how many years we can go! :)

Sorry about your mom's knee. Does this dude think it is going to magically tighten up or something? Does he think she's near a spinning magnet that might twirl it around? I mean, if he has some "let's let her heal more first" reasons I can get behind that, but if not, just FIX it.

Congrats on the DVC, Molly. What's BLT again (besides my favorite sandwich...)?

Bay Lake Towers, the one near the Contemporary. We probably won't even go near there for awhile, especially since our first planned-for WDW trip involves using some points on my cousin's family too, so we need the least point-expensive place possible, which Bay Lake isn't! :) Even with DVC we are bargain hunters, LOL.

Thanks CoMickey! Ruh roh, I've been "gone" from the thread (so I didn't turn the place to cinders with my annoyance at hospitals and petulant "I am god" (a la Malice) MDs) so long that I've missed a new person joining up. :flower3:

Welcome back Molly!
Sorry about all the Dr. hassles, they can be such a pain the butt sometimes!

I would be willing to pay for a quarter of a room at Disneyland Hotel or PPH if I got the following: MM, access to DCA via Grand Californian, and I would sleep in my bed in my office here. That way you all would get quarter share cost of the room, I would get the hotel privileges, and someone would get the bed to themselves.

Mole sauce is used on chicken and other meats. Mole is made from chocolate so why not chocolate chicken, lol.

Hugs for Bumpershoot and hope this get better soon for your friend.

I may go to DLR on Monday or Tuesday to meet with a disAbilities dude named Bill who is travelling around the whole USA.

Stacie how is your Vegas money hunt going? Do you need more incentives? It is getting crowded under the bus but then again I do throw wild parties.:scared1:

I so want to go to DL this weekend. And I just got back from WDW!

I SO want to go to Disneyland with you! :sad2: This week is my DSs spring break and we've been home. I wish I could just pack up the bags and drive the family to DL tomorrow (or heck, what about tonight!). I think I was fine about not going to Disneyland until Sept 'til I got in my mind that we were getting those incentive APs. Now I can't close on my DVC contract soon enough (my packet still hasn't arrived :( ) and then waiting another month to get APs seems an eternity.

Have a ride on Buzz and a corn dog (and a dole whip and a ride on Pirates and and and...) for me!

MOLLY: Sorry to hear about the hospital fiasco. Have you ever thought of being a hospital social worker? That's what my mom does. Seems you might have some good skills on how to navigate medical services that would come in handy in that job. And CONGRATS on DVC!:yay: Can I ask why you chose BLT over VGC?

I signed docs last night at the DL DVC-- they indicated that none of the VGC sales can close until they get their final public subdivision report (they're selling under the draft report now). However, based on the first VGC purchase I did, that shouldn't hold up getting the APs (i.e., they won't wait until it closes to send them out).

BTW...what did you get for your second VGC purchase? And which incentives? Always fun to hear...

LOL--280 points: 2 annual passes (for WDW), 3 nights at Grand Cal hotel, 2 nights at Del Coronado OR Fairmont Hotel, one week RCI exchange and a $15 discount off purchase price per point.

actually, I was kinda surprised--didn't think they'd be offering much in incentives for the VGC.

That's awesome! So smart not to buy the full 500 points up front! What incentives have you stacked up this year: a 7 night cruise for two plus the above. Not bad!!

If you decide on Fairmont Hotel, let me know and I can meet you in SF!

and I have Mickey Mouse shapped chicken nuggets.

What is it!? What is it!???? :hyper:

My DVC docs to sign and send in...lots and lots of paper. I think I need a real estate lawyer to understand them. Is there a real estate lawyer around??? A Starbuck's blacklisted real estate lawyer? ;)
