ok so after u put conditioner in your hair rinse your hair for a little bit in cold water while ur still in the shower i think it actually worked for me but i use pantene so my hair is always soft but right now my hair smells like coconut i dont really like the way coconut smells though

no it doesnt mke it lighter that just might be the lighting in my computer room but when u rinse it with cold water it supposedly make the conditioner lock into ur hair or something and it will make ur hair softer
