Well, after having a breakdown the other night with DH I have decided to change things for me and my family.
I have Reactive Hypoglycemia and could stand to lose about 8 pounds. So i have decided to go back on Atkins.
It is almost the end of day 2. Night time is usully the worst time for my snacking so my day is not over yet.
The strange thing is that I feel better already. I was able to get through the day without taking a nap and I haven't snapped at anyone at all today. I just need to remember this when the junk food tries to tempt me back.

I did have one little slip up but is was an accident. I made meatloaf for dinner and I put ketchup in it.........I forgot that was a bad thing until I was halfway through dinner. Oh well, I think I am still under my carb count for the day anyways. This darn cold is driving me nuts. Tomorrow it will be a week since I have made it to the gym. I think I might try to go even if it's for an hour. I just don't want to spread my germs all over the place, even though I am sure that is where I got my cold from
