Gingerbread

Is it possible to buy gingerbread at WDW outside of Christmas time? It's something I love, and it's different from the gingerbread we have at home. But I am going in summer, so I am thinking that maybe it's not a thing you can buy in the summer?

I've personally never seen it except over the Christmas holiday, but haven't looked for it either, so its possible its there - just not as visible since I think its more of a seasonal thing.

No personal experience as I don’t like gingerbread, but I’d try the Main St Bakery. They have the largest selection of baked sweets, both fresh and bagged. The tent in Storybook Circus has quite a bit too. There’s a tiny bakery in Africa at AK. I don’t think Epcot and HS have stand alone bakeries, not counting the countries.
