Gingerbread house ingredients?

Does anyone have or know where I can get the ingredients for the giant gingerbread house at the GF and the gingerbread merry-go-round at the BC?

I know that they used a lot of Royal icing for the 'glue'.

I believe the rest were standard ingredients, maybe some extra covering/glazing for looks.

They started making the gingerbread back in August for the November construction....
