Hi there! I have never been to this board, and don't even know if this would be the right one to post this question. DS(8) wants to build a gingerbread castle this year for a contest, and I have no clue :confused3 on where to start. I have looked online, but didn't see any templates to print out. Would any of you have some, or know where I could go to get them??? Thanks in advance for any replies!:goodvibes

I know a lot of stores like Michaels and JoAnn's have kits for Gingerbread, so you could try there.

I used to make minature ones for my son's class. I made a template out of cardboard (but it was a simple square one with a pitched roof) using square graham crackers.

Try doing some free hand on cardboard first...I used old paper boxes...see what works an what doesn't work.

Thanks for the reply! Good idea of using the cardboard first, I think I will do that!:goodvibes
