All 3 cruise I took ginger pills as I cannot take motion sickness meds with my medications.
All I can say is the first cruise we sailed out with hurricane Jeanne and I was fine. My DS took these everytime he and his friends went to IOA. He said before taking them he would literally get sick after being on the coasters. After taking them he didn't.
