we can have a DIS cuddle huddle, believe it or not its not cold here, I have all my windows open at the moment, its just the rain. I cant say its cold just damp !!!

What can I bring? I am going to make a couple of my brother's un-Banoffie Pies as they went down so well at my birthday BBQ. What else can I bring? Can I bring the stuff for the bacon butties? If so, how many of us are there?

Deb, I was so proud of myself, I hate, detest, loath banannas, cant stick the smell, the texture anything about them, but Joh's Gary pursuaded me to try a bit of your brothers pie and it was fab, must be the first time a bananna has passed my lips in 30 years !

It would be lovely for us all to eat breakfast together, perhaps we can put the gazebo up between the tipis and leave the bbq's / stoves set up there ? How many of us, 11 adults, 3 children and 2 teenagers, I think thats right !

ive got my wellies ready !!! ive done a list and its just a case of packing it all up now

Nat it wont matter what you forget, between us we can share and even though there is Jack all in Talybont other than Spar and pubs, Brecon and Abergavenny are not far away. Bottled water is what I always forget and always need .... The showers are nice and hot, but a warning about the washing up facilities, the water is stone cold, me and Helen were trying to wash dishes in the cold water, not good, we ended up boiling kettles to wash the dishes...

have also packed big bottle of vodka to ward off evil spirits and the cold.
only 3 sleeps for me before i set off!

towels, wet bags, carrier bags for really dirty shoes, torches, loo roll, wet wipes, plastic cups, plates, knives and forks, ummmmm, jumpers, cardis, blankets, pac a macs!

Well, our water supply has gone kaput (as they said it would). If it's off for the 1-2 weeks they're predicting I'll be grateful for the shower block I was previously dreading. You might want to give us a wide berth when we first arrive!

there was lots of loo roll in the toilets Deb, I suppose it depends if you intend to make wees behind the tipi ! I have never taken loo roll, kitchen roll is useful.
