Gimme a great family beach location with condos

I rent off-site condos at Diz, stay at Hoborside Condos at Atlantis. Just can't fit our family and eat with our dietary needs in a hotel. Need at least 4 BR and a kitchen. Want a beach. A plus would be a resort community that has water fun like a lazy rivers and splashers area like REUNION Resort near Diz or like Atlantis in Bahamas. Anyone have any ideas??

Maybe one of the Marriott timeshares in Aruba?

Destin, Florida on the panhandle?
A couple of the resorts on Sanibel Island?

Panama City Beach? Splash would fit your needs (especially the water park) except it looks like they only go up to 3 bedrooms (also I hesitate to recommend any Sterling resort because we had a bad experience with their management). PCB is a pretty family-friendly area, especially on the "newer" end (the end with the older resorts is where all the tattoo parlors are ).
