Gifts that Give Back?

As the crazy holiday shopping season is in full swing, I'm looking for gifts for friends and a few co-workers. I keep hearing about websites that have gifts for sale that give back, donate a portion or all of what you spend to charity, etc. I would love to do this for friends and co-workers. Does anyone know of such sites? I've done a couple of Google searches but am looking for some personal opinions! Thanks!
