I had to reschedule my cruise that was next week to late April. I pre-paid for gifts/room amenities for the February cruise. Will I get a refund or will my order be automatically moved to the April cruise? I forgot to ask and right now the current wait times to speak with a DCL rep are really long.

I recommend calling to cancel that separately. Set an alarm to call them the minute their phone lines open, and you won't have a long wait.
 
Getting through on CHAT seems to be working pretty good. You still have to keep trying, but that is where I've had the most luck.
 
I recall I did have to do that separately when out cruise was cancelled in 2020. Not sure if they have a better system now.
 

My online gifts were automatically refunded - when I was on the phone for rebooking the CM verified that I should have already been refunded and to check my original form of payment. Her explanation was that they don’t track if a guest rebooks or not, and it’s just more efficient to do this automatically.
