We would like to bring my 4 year old DS's preschool class a little something from our trip to WDW. (13 days!:D ) Can you let me know what I might look for that will be inexpensive and enjoyed by 3 and 4 year olds??? Thank you!:D

I thought about doing the same thing. I'm going to look for pencils or maybe Mickey suckers or something like that.

Typically it is things like pencils. If there are no allergies in the class you could bring back some kind of food like cookies or candy. If you tell them at one of the counters they will usually give you some stickers. Also, if you have a chance go to the outlet sites and Belz Outlet Mall and see if they have anything good at a cheap price. Make sure you know how many kids in total, how many boys and how many girls, and if there are any allergies or anything like that . Have fun. When are you going?

As a pre-k teacher I used to bring a bag of mickey pretzels to share with the class for snack time. If you tell them at the resort I think they might hook you up. :earsboy:

Some ideas that come to my mind include postcards, or a sucker, some sort of sticker (YOu can get a bigger kit of them then divide them up to share with all the kids.) I think your budget will be the first thing to look at. Many of the items even small could be as much as fifty cents each. (Times how many kids?)

We brought back a box of Mr Potato Head Disney parts for the class our son had just graduated from. We bought the body locally, so they got lots of great stuff. The teachers have a Disney theme going, so it fit right in.

I bought a bag of cookies that were graham cracker type and they were in the shapes of Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, etc.. There are only 5 other kids in ds' daycare, but figured they wouldn't pose any allergy problems.

I have also seen bags of pretzels and in the past I've bought Mickey lollipops, they come in a pack of 5 or 6.

Have a great trip!

We brought back mickey pretzels too. The kids all loved them and they were very inexpensive for a bag. For the teachers we got them the disney character mints in the disney tins.

Great ideas!!! I'm sure DS will want to bring something to his Kinder class; actually, DS #2 probably will also :)

At the resort food courts they sell those cute Mickey straws in different colors. I think they cost 50 cents.

Thanks Everyone! It will be fun being on the lookout for these cute little items! MY DS will love it!

We are going in 8 more days!!!!

When we went two years ago, I bought the Mickey Pretzels for one daughter's class. For the other class, I bought a set of Disney stickers for the teacher to put on the students' papers.

You could also have your child send a postcard to the class from Disney.

An idea that I read that I thought we'd do is get inexpensive Disney books ahead of time (Dollar store or Little golden books) and carry them in a backpack. When you see the main character the book is about, have them sign it. I got a nicer Christmas Pooh book for my neice and I was going to have everyone sign it at the breakfast at the Crystal Palace.

Where do you buy the Mickey pretzels? They sound really cute.

My son is having a Disney themed birthday party and I found a plastic container with 100 Mickey head lollipops for $10 at my local party store.

Just got back. We bought the graham crackers in the shapes of Mickey, Minnie, Donald & Pluto for dd's class. They do mention they contain peanut allergens, They were $3.75 for a bag (Chip & Dale Snack Company is the brand) & we got them at the gift store at WL. DD4 has 20 kids in her class too & I figure they can get 3 each (got 2 bags & it sounds like plenty are probably broken from the return trip!!!) which is fine. I also bought a container of stickers to give one to each kid.

We brought back a couple boxes of cookies (they looked like Oreos but had Mickey on them) for the class to have at snack time. Everyone loved them. And - they were very inexpensive - maybe $3 a box.

My DD4's PS class has a few Mr. Potato heads that the kids like to play with. I am going to bring back the Fill-a-Box of Mr Potato head parts as her class gift. I like the snack idea, but I think something for the room that can be used for years is more practical.
