Gift idea - Religious Ed teacher

I'll probably spend around $20.

I usually would go with a Starbuck's gift card or some sort of gift card.

However, this teacher is only 17 yrs old, female.

Any suggestions?

Do 17 yr olds go to Starbuck's? I'm not a coffee drinker at all so I have no idea.

They have other drinks at Starbucks. When my son had a 18 yr old teacher, I gave her a itunes gift card. Nick said she had an ipod, so I thought that would be a great gift. One can never, ever have enought itunes credits.

Maybe a target gift card. Yes a lot of teens like starbucks but in my neck of the woods its duncan donuts they are on every corner LOL

My dd13 and her friends go to starbucks at least 3 times a week.

I know many have a 'thing' about just giving the money without a gift card, but that is what my teenager would most like..the actual money. She is often looking to save for one thing or the other and gift cards are tied to the store. Do not feel that money is tacky!! It is welcomed!!

My DD17 teaches religious ed., along with my DD14 (I'm in the room as they both are under 18). For Christmas/end of the year the gifts ranged from body and bath products to movie theather gift cards. I'd say you are right on track with the Starbucks gift card - iTunes is great also!

You could always do a Wal-mart gift card. Practically everyone I know goes to Walmart for something or other.

My 15 year old is always babysitting,wanting to have a garage sale,etc...to earn money for vacation spending and for orchestra trips(they travel,usually every year,and it's usually a min. of 400 per person, up to 1200 for these trips). My daughter would rather have the cash, secondly a Target card.
