Next year my daughter will be graduating from college and as a gift I am letting her use my DVC points for Spring Break. This is a super responsible group of hard working nursing students all over 21, so I don’t have any bad behavior concerns. I just want to know what I have to keep in mind with managing a DVC trip that I am not going on. Thanks.

I don't think you need to worry about anything at all. Make the reservation in her name. She'll check in. Since she is super responsible and smart enough to get a nursing degree, plus has probably spent a lot of time at Disney, I'm sure she can take it from there.

OK, one thing to worry about - how many people will go - and this is more just the inviting people problem that happens even if you go on the trip. If you book at two bedroom for six people, and end up with two going, you might feel like you are wasting points. If you book a studio planning on four, and she ends up with eight because other people have invited themselves along, you'll be over occupancy limits.
