to get off topic..about the lice thing....they have spray you can use on the hat...its flea, tick and lice spray...I'd use that after each use and then plastic bag the hat until the next use and you should have no problem with lice (I used to coach a girl's softball team and we had a chronic licer: I used to do this with the batting helmets and had no problems)

We just got back form our trip on Sunday & brought back 3 small , scented Mickey shaped candles with a Mickey shaped ceramic holder for our dd's teacher. Each piece was only $2 and the CM wrapped them in a Disney box. It was a great gift for less than $10. We found them at the home store in Downtown Disney.

I just love this place. We are leaving Sunday and you guys are great. I have taken notes on all items and I am sure it will not be a problem looking for a gift. I thought the book report was pretty cool. My dd has a book report due Nov 6 and I wonder if the teacher would mind if she did the report on Disney. Thanks to everyone.

I'm going to let DD pick out some cute notpads and pens for her two preschool teachers. I know as a former teacher I used notepads quite a bit!! I'm also planning on letting DD pick out something for the children in her class just haven't made up my mind as to what.

my dd brings everyone in her class a wooden type flute from epcot , near Mexico, they're only $1- for her teacher, usually a pin (but she'd probably prefer ear muffs from all the noise )

Just a note to April In Disney -- just got back from WDW and in the Living Seas in Epcot they had 2 beautiful picture books on the Coral Reef. I did not look at the price but they had beautiful pictures!

My favorite gifts from my students have been Christmas tree ornaments. Let your kids pick out one that has personal meaning and then sign and date it. It is so much fun at Christmas to pull out those ornaments and remember my students!
