Gift Certificates

Does anyone know whether you can purchase gift certificates for specific restaurants on Disney property? I am interested in purchasing a specific certificate for Tony's at Magic Kingdom for a gift for someone who is going in December to celebrate their anniversary and I know this is their favorite restaurant. My next question would be, if they do sell the certificates can I purchase them by calling, as I am not going back until January. Thanks for your help!

this is what we did. i got w/the mother of the bride and she and i decided on the time for dinner at jiko. i called and made the PS, making sure to mention this was a honeymoon trip.(be sure to mention anniversary trip ). at the shower, we gave them a card w/the $$ enclosed and explanation. they will not do gift certificates at wdw dine.

If you don't want to give them cash, you could give them a card with the date & time in it & include enough Disney Dollars to cover the meal.
