I apologize if this has been asked before!

in the past we've only used gift cards for souvenirs and "small" purchase items. For Christmas, however, my kids got so many gift cards from friends and family, I wanted to see about combining them all into one gift card each. What's a good site or way to do that?

TIA!

Yes, that site is the only site to combine them. A little advanced warning - once you combine them, there's no easy way to "break them apart", so just plan ahead and be sure you what you want to do.

As a bit of additional information, in case you (or other readers) didn't know, you can use Disney Gift Cards (not store gift cards) for almost anything at the parks! Yes, souvenirs and other merchandise, but also food, park tickets, even hotels on property!

They also work on the Disney cruise ships for payment, buying extra things on the ship, and for Disney shore excursions.

Very easy website to use. I combined some just a few minutes ago. I did have a panic at first because one of the cards I got an error message that something was wrong and to call the number on the card. I tried it a couple more times and on the 3rd try, it worked just fine.

I've had a heart attack or two the first few times I used the site. Much easier the more you use it . Fat fingering the numbers tends to be my problem.

Thank you all, appreciate it!!

Oh boy! I'll probably be the same as this will be my first time doing this. Thank you for the tips!

If we do have several cards, can we pay for meals using several? Like can I say "Here's three cards...just swipe until you've got enough."

Yes sorta. Have you used the DisneyGiftCard.com site (https://www.disneygiftcard.com/) to combine your little cards yet? Great system so you don't have to carry around a deck of $25's and $50's. Limited to $1000 per "primary"card, but you can have many $1000 cards. Remember DisneyGiftCard.com is only a mechanism to combine cards. It's not an electronic card or bank. You HAVE to keep the plastic card in your hot little hand.

You can pay for meals (really anything Disney) and the cost will be deducted from the grand total amount of your card. ALWAYS keep your cards, even if they are zero balance until well after the vacation is completed because if there is a need to refund you, it will go back on that card your used.

If I can ask a question relating to this, has anyone ever bought an egiftcard from Target and then combined that amount onto an actual card? I'd just feel better having the card in hand and I'm not entirely sure how I would go about redeeming the electronic gift card in the parks. Thanks

If you have a physical GC, you can add to its balance by merging your egc to it through the above mentioned website.
