Does anyone know if you could use DisneyShopping.com gift cards to pay for a disney hotel or in the parks to shop.

I dont think so, since disney shopping is different from the parks. I tried to buy a park gift card online using a disneyshopping.com gift card and it would work. But its always worth a shot.
