Gift Cards from Target

I've heard this happened to others and it finally happened to me. I ordered Disney Gift Cards from Target that I bought with Target Gift Cards. They never showed up. UPS sends me to Target, Target leaves me on hold for over a half an hour because there service center people don't know their a#% from a hole in the ground and I still can't figure out how this problem is going to be rectified. Can someone tell me the process? Hopefully someone can tell me while sit here on hold some more. Thanks

Target will have to fix it. It is their job to get the items you ordered to you whether hat means they need to send as signature needed delivery etc!

I once ordered some bookcases from target but they delivered cribs instead. Took many months to fix. They did not want to return because I did not have invoices showing I ordered cribs. Around and around we went.

I bought $400 in Disney GC from target, in the store, for my April cruise. Got on board to use at guest services & they didn't work. I returned them to the store when I got home with no issues, so beware. No matter how you get them, check their value before you go. Target can be a little unreliable.
