My friend love to collect Disney Gift cards. We are heading to the parks in Spring Break, and I would like to find a few of them for my friend.
When at the parks, can we just collect the cards or we have to put in a minimum amount to get each card?

And any more Speedway Driver card? Frequent Rider card?
