gift card trouble

I am trying to use a gift card on Disneystore.com

The gift card bo is not showing up so I can put in the card number.

However; when I copy and paste the page, it DOES show up.

I have had 4 responses from CM's who tell me to enter the gift card number in the gift card box under billing. There is not a box, unless I copy and paste the page.

I have called a couple of times, but I am left on hold too long, and now I am frustrated.

I have used the computer at work, and my husband's laptop.

Is the gift card box showing up for you on disneystore.com?

I saw a box for "promotional code" in my "cart". I also saw a "gift card" selector under 'Billing Information', and could see a box to put in a number for a gift card.
