I've been hoarding gift cards like a crazy lady. Now here is my questions,
1) can I use them for counter dining?
2) how about for example Halloween party?
3) last but not least Fantasia desert showing?
I lied one more
4) what can't I use them for?

You can buy them at any Disney merch location that sells ear hats. All official Disney anything (ticket booths, dining, merchandise, hotel) at DLR that can accept credit cards will accept DGCs.
