Last night I decided that I would surprise DH with a little basket too... Maybe its mostly for me though! I REALLY like those etched Mickey glasses!!

Prior to her charging a flat $25 she wasn't making any money and most likely it cost her to make baskets. It was a great way to get her name out there since she was brand new then. It seems to have worked and she seems to be doing well.

For the $25.00 ($5.00 each for more then 1) she is shopping for items, providing the basket, filler, wrap, bow and then delivering them. She also has an 800# that isn't free for her as well as maintaining a website. Also take into account all the quotes with pictures that she does that people wind up changing their minds or not ordering. Time is money. She's not making much profit if you add up all the costs.

I don't personally know Sarah but I do know what the prices of items are and how much she is charging. She obviously loves what she is doing.

I figure she cant be making much money either. Id rather pay the 25.00 or a little more than have to worry about if my basket makes it to the right place or not. I cant wait to order my Halloween basket. I am going to wait a little while though because I know that the Halloween stuff isnt out right now lol.

Ok, guys. Sarah is doing a Christmas Tote for my mom but I need some ideas as to what I want her to put in it. Can you guys give me some things that would be good?

If my mom was going to Disney I would proably surprise her with a disney tote basket... maybe putting in a coffee mug with her favorite Character on it. I hear the hot chocolate is aweful but still in ADORABLE TINS!! You could add some snacks and definalty some kind of lotions and bath stuff maybe!! She could use that there and when she gets home. I know I have gotten really cute mickey soaps there too that could decorate the disney bag for your mom really cute.

Does she have a favorite character?

Maybe a nice 2007 Photo album for al her pictures from the trip, Picture frame for a great pic she might get while in Disney, snacks.......chip and dale pretzels, etc.....

What about a personalized Christams Ball with the date of your trip?

I am back and bearing pictures!

I had 2 of teh mickey's as well as watches in the basket for my boys. She also included cute birthday buttons for the boys. It was a wonderful surprise and my boys loved it.
