Gift Baskets for West Coast Cruise

We are going on the June 4th west coast cruise. I was wondering if anyone has ordered gift baskets from somewhere local to be delivered to the ship or if anyone has ever purchased one from DCL? The one I was interested in from DCL is the "Family Fun Pack" for $49.00. Thanks for your help.

So far no one has been able to find one. Shirley tried but could not find anynone. I tried one florist who told me that they are not allowed to deliver to ships like they do in Florida.
