For anyone looking for a gift basket to be delivered to their room, I just want to give a little plug to Sarah (www.memoriesbysarah.com). I just finished working with her for a gift basket I am getting for our trip in May. She is SO nice and so helpful, and did exactly what I wanted...a great person to work with. I have been reading about her services on this board and am so glad I used her.

sarah rocks and I have used her several times. The baskets are great and she does a really good job!

I have to say WOW! these are awesome! Today I'm glad that I spent some time browsing around the forums to find this thread.

I've already shot an email off to her to see what she can come up with for our trip this September, seeing as it will be my wife's first pregancy as well as our anniversary trip to WDW. This will definitely help make it memorable for her.

Just checked out her site and saw this:

"Think of a price range that you would like to stay in. You pay a $28 fee for the first basket and $8 for each additional basket (fee includes shopping, packaging & delivery to any Disney Resort). No mark-ups here! I charge what Disney charges for merchandise."

Sarah is great. She made two baskets for me for my upcoming trip (next week...woohoo) and will be making two more for me in December.

If you don't mind telling, how much for "parents" basket? I'm making a budget to see if I can surprise my DB.

I think the adult one cost me about $30 but that's because I had already ordered the kiddie one.

I have been working with Sarah for about 2 weeks now. Our trip is in September and I am surprising the kids and DH with a basket for each of them. I am very particular and she has been nothing but sweet. I requested no pins or foodie items. We will be on the DDP so the kids will have enough treats and junk food with all of their snack credits. Also for DH's basket, I requested no stuffed animals and no more than one per kids basket.

DH is a and she found some really cool things and bought them right away before they ran out. She said firefighter stuff moves very quickly.

DD 10 is pretty tweeny already and Sarah has come up with some ideas.

She is making DS 5 and Jedi/Sith basket!

DD 8 loves Pooh so I am sure that one will be a breeze to make.

I love Sarah and her work. I wished she had a place in DL also. I had a hard time ordering a surprise basket to be delivered to my granddaughter in DL. I really missed the helpfulness and niceness of Sarah when I did finally find something to have delivered. I have used Sarah 2 times and I will continue to use her.

Has anyone used her very recently? I just sent an email and then realized her website says she will not be accessing email or voice mail until after June 26th. I was looking for something in late July.

I am also looking into this for our August trip. I have a group of 6 to plan for (2 are first timers) and all but 1 (16 year old) are adults . I want to spread some pixue dust for them, but don't want to go bankrupt doing it, lol. any tips or ideas for budget baskets? Thanks!

Sarah is very good with staying within the budget that you set. Just e-mail her with your ideas and she'll probably be able to come up with something great. I think she even has a small budget basket on her web-site.

If you have 1st timers you can get the "First Time Buttons" and put them in a basket. Those are free.
