If the cost is a factor you can always put together your own basket and ship to to the resort. I have done this and saved 1/2 the money what it would have cost to get one delivered from an outside company.
If you have kids the dollar store has Disney items to you could include in your basket. Also you can get the cellophane basket bags at the dollar store too.

We have never done this before, but we are using Betsy for our upcoming Nov trip. She has been incredible! Our cost is a little more than the others have stated here, but it is because of the items I am wanting in the basket. You just e-mail her & tell her some of the things that you would like. For DS last October I shipped a box with items I had bought to make him a basket and decorate for his b-day.

DH took DS one morning to get breakfast, meanwhile I decorated the table and room and met them for breakfast. I had also ordered a cake for him and left them a message to place it on the table. When we got back to the resort for his afternoon nap he walked into this in our room:
