Gift Basket Tags

Just checking to be sure I have everything I need on them:

Guest Name
Guest Resort (For us to make delivery easier)
Guest Reservation Number
Guest Check-in Date

Anything else I need? Anything superflous?

Maybe your name as a contact incase some of the other information gets changed (i.e. check-in date) or someone forgets to give it to them at check-in.

I also gave each hotel a summary page of the gift bags they were receiving. It was a spreadsheet that listed in columns all of the information that was on each welcome tag.

Great thought... I was wondering about that. My EM warned me to ask for a front manager and get a business card for accountability. Just trying to see if I'm forgetting anything!

Extremely so!!! I just made tags that had the guest names on them...on the back i put a sticker that said, if not delivered please call ____ at ____ so that I could pick them up.
