Can someone help me with the template for a gift bag tag?

Would like a feminine type design, maybe a candle or jewelry too.

Perfection!!! That works. Able to make that but make it retangle to put OVER THE BAG like with a staple. Otherwise this is just awesome!!!

I normally call this a bag topper. I think this is more of what you have in mind...

It's for my Mom ... she doesn't like the beads, but I do hehehe

If you ever have a free moment, if you can take off the beads and charm, she wanted it plain - i tend to disagree with her though
