If you mean "life-sized" (human-sized) pieces, then no.

Not a complete chess set but some of the turrets on the roof of Haunted Mansion (Magic Kingdom) are shaped like chess pieces.

They aren't human sized. Maybe about 3 ft. tall or less.
We played with a set on a cruise one time and I thought it might be something Disney would have on property.
I think POP has a large checkers game though.

There is one at Windsor Hills. Just do a google image search on windsor hills chess.

There IS a giant chess/checkerboard at the All Star Movies Resort, between the "Buzz" and "Woody" buildings. I believe there are checkers but I don't know if they are movable - but you could bring your own...how big is your family?

FWIW--there's a life-size cattle maze at virtually every attraction on property.

The image needs to be uploaded to a public image hosting site like photobucket, picasa web albums, etc.

Then you specify the image's direct URL in a tag, like:
