In lieu of a birthday cake, which is outside of the budget, I was wondering if anyone could tell me the price of the giant rice krispy treats that are shaped like mickey mouse. They sell them at the bakery on Main St, and I remember seeing them the last time I was there... I don't remember how much they were, but we thought this would be a good alternative to a cake.

Thanks in advance!:wizard:

in august I bought a plain one for $8 I think, if I remember right, the one with the chocolate ears was $14

I've seen them but haven't looked closely because I'm not a rice crispy fan. I did find a good thread over at PassPorter.

Looks like the very large ones are somewhere in the $10-14 range. ("I think you are thinking of the REALLY BIG ones that you can get at the Main Street Confectionary, not the lollipop sized ones on a stick that you can buy all over at the resorts, shops, etc., right? These ones are about a foot in diameter, and come packaged in a gift box.

We purchased one of these in January of 2007 - and at the time, the price varied by the type and amount of decoration on them. I think it was around $10 for the plain one, and around $12-14 for the chocolate decorated ones.")

There's a bit more info in the linked thread.

Hope this helps!

$50 seems steep...

Yay! $10 - $15 seems MUCH more reasonable!

We were going to suprise my sister with a cake, but we don't have the $50.00 for it. We're just going to buy this and do candles at the hotel, at lease we can tear it up and bring it into the parks for a snack!

Thank you so much!!!! :-)

Wow! Those ones are insanley huge. That wasn't what I meant when I asked the question, but it's good to know.

That is a lot of money for a mickey head made out of cereal. $50 will buy many boxes of Rice Krispies ~ maybe I should go into business.
