Gianna's First Of Many WDW Trip March 2013!! PTR

Ok so I am changing my ADR's already. With the 180 day mark on Wednesday I want to make sure I have everything set. I was on touringplan.com and looking at the crowd level link for the days we will be there. I wasn't happy with the outcome since I thought the first week of March was one of the best times to go crowd wise. It showed that Wednesday 3-6 was the best day to go to MK during our stay. As much as I wanted to go to MK our second day I think it is better to go on Wednesday. So the new plans are

Tuesday:
Chef Mickey's: 9am
Sci-fi: 5pm

Wednesday:
Be Our Guest: 5pm
Wishes: 8pm

Tuesdays is showing to be one of the best days to go to Hollywood Studios also. I am thinking of changing the breakfast times to earlier though. I am just trying to go around my daughters schedule. It is hard since I don't know what it will be at that time. Right now with the time she wakes up we could do an earlier breakfast than 9. I just feel going to breakfast at 9 wastes a lot of time that we could be at the park. I really need to decide this before. Wednesday.

Hoping to get another update in this weekend, since I have off tomorrow , of our trip from 2010.

Ok so I have changed some things around looking at which days would be best to be in which parks. I had to change a few days and restaurants. I also decided to make our breakfast reservations for 8am instead of 9. It kills me to go that late. I usually make such an early breakfast time. I think Gianna will be able to handle it by then even if we have to wake her up in the morning.

Monday: Epcot
Biergarten: 5pm

Tuesday: Hollywood Studios
Chef Mickey's: 8am
Sci-fi: 5pm

Wednesday: Magic Kingdom
Cinderella's Royal Table: 8am
Be Our Guest: 5pm
Wishes: 8pm

Thursday: Can be a rest day or HS, MK, or Epcot day. This day will be up in the air probably.
Crystal Palace: 8am
Coral Reef: 5pm

Friday: Animal Kingdom
50's Cafe

Saturday: Whichever park and Downtown Disney
Raglan Road: 5pm

So I think this is final. I hate having three Magic Kingdom breakfasts in a row but I am trying to accommodate everyone and the restaurants they want to go to and which times are the best to go to the parks.

So while Gianna is taking her nap and before everyone comes over for a bbq I thought I would try to update our 2010 trip. But before I do that I had to show you the one of the decals we put up in Gianna's room. A few weeks ago I was shopping in Costco and they had all these Disney decals for $20. They had Minnie Mouse and the castle with the Princesses. I decided to get the castle one. I couldn't pass up the price and I have been wanting to put things on her walls in her room since before she was born. Here are a couple of pictures of the castles. Still have to put the princesses up but not sure how I want to do it yet. The princesses also have cute flowers to put around them as well.

I was afraid if I put it lower she would try to scratch at it.

Our second day we had breakfast reservations for Chef Mickey's. Jon and I love getting breakfast here. I know this place gets mixed reviews but we love it. We had an early reservation because I can't get into the parks late. So we hopped onto the monorail and headed over to the Contemporary.

I love when we go and we don't have to wait long. We had our picture taken. I don't remember where we put the picture though. I know we bought some. We always have a good time dancing and seeing the characters at Chef Mickey's.

We of course went to MK that day and it was HOT. We had a hard time walking around. We did all of our usual rides. It's A Small World was closed though. I was very upset about that.

Later that night we had dinner reservations at Raglan Road another one of our favorite places to eat. I absolutely love their beef stew and I don't care how hot it is outside. I raved about it so much my mom got it as well and really enjoyed it. We then of course did too much shopping afterwards. I can not go into the Christmas store without buying so much. Jon isn't any help either. Usually husbands will pull their wives out of the store and talk them out of buying something. Jon is just as bad as me so the two of us together in the Disney Christmas store is very dangerous.

I love walking around Downtown Disney.

We went back to the hotel for a little bit after because we had to get ready for Wishes. I was able to book a reservation for it last minute before we left for our trip. I was very excited about it. My dad, mom and MIL took the monorail over and Jon, my SIL and I took the ferry over. Here are some pictures while we waited for the ferry.

The ferry arrived and we had a nice ride over and took some more pictures. Sorry for the GF overload. I just love this hotel so much.

We got the MK in no time and had to wait to get on line for wishes. Here is Jon being silly and my dad and MIL sitting in their wheel chairs.

The show finally started and we really enjoyed it. Usually we watch it from our window at the GF but it was nice to see it in the parks and have desert no matter how full we were.

Next up a rainy day at HS that would not stop.

Thank you for joining in Emma. I can never get enough pictures of the Grand Floridian. It is my home away from home. It def. was nice to get the upgrade at check in. I am hoping for the same thing again this upcoming trip.

I m sorry for the lack of updates. Things have been crazy lately. I got a promotion at work. I start training tomorrow for the new position and then once training is over it is 90 days probation to see if I can handle the position. I am really nervous but looking forward to it. Now back to my TR.

This was our last day in Disney World. We had breakfast reservations at Ohana. I am not able to find pictures from that morning except of my dad and Mickey.

Then we headed off to Hollywood Studios. It rained non stop that day. I was so disappointed. I really thought the rain would stop but it didn't. We tried to make the best of it though. We had lunch at Sci-fi which is Jon's favorite place to go. We love to sit in the car and order our drinks with the ice cubes that light up..haha

Next up time for the Disney Wonder and the best room I will ever have on a cruise. A once in a lifetime chance..haha

I know I have been MIA for awhile but I have some bad and good news. The bad news is we had to cancel our Disney trip. I did it a couple of weeks ago and was so upset. The reason we had to cancel, which is good, is because I am pregnant with #2 and due May 5th. It was a total surprise. I felt the trip was just too close to my due date and I wouldn't be able to enjoy it with my daughter. Plus to save the money for the second baby. We are hoping to reschedule this trip for September 2014. My daughter will be 3 by then and this baby will be about 16 months. I would love to continue with my TR though and I hope you all will enjoy it.

How fun! And brave. I don't think I could stand not knowing. However I can only imagine how you feel once you're in the delivery room and them shouting out, "It's a...!" Do you have any inkling's what your baby may be?

Yeah everyone is bugging us to find out..haha I think the last time our experience of hearing it's a girl was amazing that we decided to not find out again. It is hard because I want to buy things for this baby but really can't until it is born but we did it last time and it all worked out. I think its a boy but I would be happy with either. I would be happy with one of each. But then again I would be happy with another girl because they will be so close in age. We will see in a few weeks though.
