Ghost in the iPod

Anyone ever have their Ipod freak out?

Raising an lowing volume at will! Jumping songs! Skipping around!

Anyone know a fix?

Reinstall softwear?

Mine thankfully has not had similar problems. I did have a problem with the updater after upgrading to iTunes 7. Lots of complaints on the net with this upgrade

Have you tried just re-setting the i-pod - dd assures me this should work

I heard this sort of problem on Apple's Ipod chatroom; it may not hurt to try there..
